Vision

We strive to bring closure, gratitude, and eternal remembrance to the strong families of the Nova community. Through this initiative, every family will receive a significant tribute: a silver chain that carries the spirit of Nova Heaven and an angel wing engraved with the name of their loved one.

Burning Man Connection

This project is born from the Nova Heaven memorial installation at Burning Man 2024, which moved thousands with its message of resilience and remembrance. The installation featured angel wings engraved with the names of our 411 angels, embodying a universal message of hope amidst tragedy.

The silver chains, worn throughout the event, symbolized connection and strength. Now, these chains will serve as a tangible way to honor the bereaved families while ensuring the light of their loved ones continues to shine.

How It Works

Each bereaved family will receive:

• An Angel Wing Sculpture: A keepsake crafted made out of wood from the Burning Man installation, engraved with the name of their loved one .
• A Silver Chain: A symbol of unity and remembrance, charged with the energy of Nova Heaven.

Supporters' Contribution

Your contributions to this effort will directly fund the creation of wooden sculptures, symbolic necklaces, and the careful packaging and shipping of these heartfelt mementos to families and donors alike. Each piece serves as a profound emblem of the remembrance and unity we shared at Burning Man 2024. Together, we aspire to ensure that every family receives this meaningful symbol, honoring the collective memory and spirit of this transformative gathering.

About the Nova Tribe Community Association

This initiative was led by the Tribe of Nova Foundation, which was established to address the unique needs of the Nova community in the aftermath of the October 7, 2023 tragedy. Beyond supporting survivors and families, the association memorializes those we lost and shares their light with the world.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Nova Tribe Community Association for making this vision a reality. Their tireless efforts in providing emotional, financial, and social support to survivors, as well as honoring the memory of the victims, are the foundation of this project.

Through this project, we complete a circle of gratitude and remembrance, extending love and light to the bereaved families and supporters alike. Together, we honor the 411 angels and ensure their spirit continues to inspire resilience and connection.
